Refund policy

Damage/ missing items 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective or damaged or missing, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Unless one of the listed above reasons re; damaged or defective we do not provide refunds.

 Under no circumstance can food items eg; our Candy offerings be returned or refunded due to change of mind or flavours preferences especially if you have chosen a mystery box/bag.

Also please note if you have provided us incorrect details and your parcel cannot be delivered we do not provide refunds unless you have contacted us prior and an agreement has been made. If a parcel has been returned to us due to failed delivery/ redelivery not organised with the courier we will contact you and allow you to pay a redelivery fee to a correct address within 24 hours, but strictly no refunds will be made due to this.
