Shipping policy

We aim to process your order within 3 business days (Monday- Friday) unless stated otherwise, once shipped our shipping provider AUS POST, Sendle & their courier partners will deliver your order to your nominated address/addresses, please refer to auspost.com.au or sendle.com.au for their estimated shipping times if not stated at checkout.

Due to the overwhelming amount of parcels in circulation postage delays are out of our hands.

PRE-ORDERED items will be shipped on or after date advised in description prior to checkout.

Shipping is Available Australia & New Zealand

During Holiday Seasons. (Christmas, Easter, Valentines Etc) orders may take up to 5 business days to process, Please take this into consideration when ordering, I try my best to produce and process orders within the usual timeframe but during these periods it may not be possible.

Please note if you have provided us incorrect shipping details and your parcel cannot be delivered we do not provide refunds unless you have contacted us prior and an agreement has been made.

If a parcel has been returned to us due to failed delivery/ re-delivery not organised or you have failed to pick it up from the nearest pot office we will contact you and allow you to pay a re-delivery fee to a correct address within 24 hours, but strictly no refunds will be made due to this.
